The HU condominium was born from the challenge of designing a set of four residences within a private condominium, crafted for a medium-high market segment. Each residence covers approximately 400m² across three floors.

Our approach emphasizes simplicity of form, safeguarding the privacy of each unit while fostering a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding landscape, enhancing the connection between architecture and nature.
