Construction Project Manager
We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to follow our projects from contracting through to works close-out, keen to join a young, dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
preparing and issuing calls for tenders to contractors and suppliers;
requesting, analysing and comparing proposals;
negotiating prices and terms;
selecting and contracting/proposing teams and subcontractors;
comparative bid tables and budget control;
on-site measurements and checking/preparing measurement records;
control of additional and omitted works;
regular monitoring of the works;
control of planning, deadlines and work sequencing;
site meetings with contractors, suppliers and client;
follow-up of samples, mock-ups, materials and approvals;
constant liaison with the architecture and engineering teams;
control of orders and supply lead times;
preparation of periodic reports on cost, schedule and works progress;
works close-out and snagging control.
If you have:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar;
Proven experience in construction management and coordination;
Knowledge of budgeting, measurements and measurement records;
Command of planning and control tools;
Ability to read and interpret projects (ArchiCAD/AutoCAD);
Driving licence;
Fluent English — spoken and written.

Good communication skills;
Proactivity in approaching solutions and problem-solving;
Deadline and time management.

Architect
If you have:
Experience across the different project phases — licensing and execution;
Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD* — BIM;
Ability to work in 3D;
Command of Adobe tools;
Fluent English — spoken and written.

If you have:
0-3 years of experience;
Eligible under IEFP;
Basic knowledge of ArchiCAD — BIM;
Basic knowledge of Adobe tools;
