The intervention focused on a 19th-century ensemble and stood out for its constructive rigour, the quality of materials and the coherence of its architectural language, establishing a clear presence without overshadowing the existing buildings.
Organized around three gestures — the rehabilitation of the Casa Térrea e Torre, the recovery of the Service Garage, and the introduction of a new Summer Pavilion — the project seeks to reestablish continuity between architecture, memory, and landscape, restoring the identity of the place while adapting it to contemporary modes of inhabitation.
